 Every
horseman dreams of the challenge, beauty, heartbreak
and joy experienced by our forefathers as their covered
wagons carved the way West. Join us for a spectacular
5-day driving adventure as we travel a stage
coach road, abandoned for nearly 100 years. The
same trail was used by Buffalo Bill, Jim Bridger,
Jeremiah Johnson, Chief Joseph and thousands of
others. This class incorporates beginning and expert
drivers to make this one of the greatest adventures
of a lifetime.
Each
wagon train driver receives a top quality Belgian,
Percheron, or Suffolk team to pull his
or her rubber tire covered wagon, which will seat
and sleep up to 3 additional family members or
guests. The 50 mile trip travels through
desert, grasslands and mountain passes. Our campsites
feature fabulous camp cooking and great family
entertainment.
